Yes, that's possible. You can add as many devices as you want to an account, but a device can only be added to one account. You can share this account with up to five people e.g. family members or friends

Why don't I get the notifications with my mobile phone app?

Confirm that the app is active on the phone and the relevant reminder function is open; Message notifications and confirmation of the mobile telephone system are on.

Can the sensors be placed outside?

We recommend that the sensors are kept in a dry area. If placing the devices outside, they should be placed in a sheltered area.

The Ajax Online Zignito devices cannot connect to the network, what is the reason for this?

1. Check if the LED light on the Zignito Hub is flashing and the network is running, as usual. 2. Check if the devices are in range and connected to the Zignito hub 3. If this fails, please reset and pair the Zignito devices again.

The Zignito Advanced Security Pack Includes…

Zignito Siren

Included in the Advanced Security Pack is the Zignito Indoor Siren, which alarms you when there is a trigger in your smart security system.

The sirens can be placed anywhere around the home and will pair with your Zignito devices. Compatible devices include Zignito detectors, sensors and alarms.

With a dedicated App you can use your smartphone to turn your siren on or off. This siren does require the use of a Zignito hub in order to deliver smart features and sync with your other Zignito devices.

Zignito Door Sensor

Door sensors enable you to improve the security of your home or office and receive notifications on your smartphone.

Whether you’re looking to protect your home from intruders or just need a gentle reminder when you leave the house in a hurry, these smart door sensors are perfect.

These devices require the Zignito hub and a dedicated app in order to utilise the smart features.

Zignito Motion Sensor

Zignito Motion sensors deliver added security to your home or office. Get notifications on your smartphone and be alerted when there is movement in your space while you’re away.

The motion sensors can be synced with other devices such as lights and alarms to deter intruders when motion is detected, allowing you to protect your property and belongings from anywhere.

In order for your motion sensor to deliver these smart features a Zignito hub is required, along with either the Tuya or Smart Life App.

Zignito Alarm Remote

The Zignito Alarm system remote control is used to change your alarm system status. The remote offers 4 settings: At Home, Away, Disarm & Emergency SOS.

Gain peace of mind with complete control over your security systems. Arm your systems while you’re away, part-arm with zone control or disarm while you’re at home, and trigger an SOS alarm when you need to.

The remote control does require the use of a Zignito hub in order to deliver sync with your other Zignito devices.
